Holistic Treatments

The Orange Grove Holistic Therapies provides massage, pregnancy massage, hopi ear candling, reflexology and reiki for adults and children in Hertfordshire and London. With tranquil therapy rooms in Hertford and Brookmans Park, treatments can also be mobile and can take place in your home or office.

My philosophy is based on the importance of giving ourselves space to rest and re-charge so we can live at our very best level of health and well-being. By offering a sanctuary from the demands of everyday life, my aim is that through the treatments people will be able to re-connect with themselves, wherever that may be, in the office, at home or in the treatment room.

Having trained in London, India, Thailand and New Zealand, I combine different techniques to ensure that each session is tailored to the individual.
