About Me
Having been interested in healing and complementary therapies for many years I became qualified in Reiki eight years ago. Following a successful career in PR I left London in 2004 to travel extensively expanding my awareness of different cultures and healing traditions. Over the past five years I qualified in crystal healing, reflexology and holistic massage. I see my work as an extension of my practises and beliefs understanding the importance of nurturing the mind, body and spirit to promote complete well being.

ACCREDITATION
I trained in holistic massage with the Academy of Natural Health, one of the most respected pioneers of holistic body work and qualified with the MTI (Massage Training Institute) and ITEC (International Therapy Examinations Council).
I am a registered member of MTI, the only body in the UK devoted to supporting holistic massage. Through ITEC I am enlisted on the EMBODY register of professional therapists as well as a member of the Complementary Therapists Association, the largest international multi discipline therapy organisation.
For reflexology I trained with Energy Works - Philip Salmon‘s Reflexology School. Energy Works is widely respected for its profound teachings on energy medicine and holistic healthcare. I qualified with the AQA (Assessment and Qualification Alliance) and am a registered member of the AOR (Association of Reflexologists).The AOR is the largest professional reflexology membership organisation in the UK and Europe.
