About Me

Having been office bound for many years working both in consumer PR agencies and corporate in-house public relations departments; it was only until I moved East and worked in India and Thailand for two years that I saw how differently health and well being was approached in Eastern cultures.

Upon my return to the UK in 2006 I set up The Orange Grove Holistic Therapies to specialise in supporting office workers through massage, reflexology and nutritional healing techniques.

My book, 100 degrees centigrade, explores stress in the office and looks at how women can alleviate this, is due to be published in January 2012.

ACCREDITATION

I trained in holistic massage with the Academy of Natural Health, one of the most respected pioneers of holistic body work and qualified with the MTI (Massage Training Institute) and ITEC (International Therapy Examinations Council).

I am a registered member of MTI, the only body in the UK devoted to supporting holistic massage. Through ITEC I am enlisted on the EMBODY register of professional therapists as well as a member of the Complementary Therapists Association, the largest international multi discipline therapy organisation.

For reflexology I trained with Energy Works - Philip Salmon‘s Reflexology School. Energy Works is widely respected for its profound teachings on energy medicine and holistic healthcare. I qualified with the AQA (Assessment and Qualification Alliance) and am a registered member of the AOR (Association of Reflexologists).The AOR is the largest professional reflexology membership organisation in the UK and Europe.

I really love seeing Prue for my treatments and both my children are great fans. I have found that it's not only a great support for them dealing with the pressures of growing up but it's also a great way for them to be aware of their health and well being.
