While I could do this for short periods of time – this behaviour was not sustainable or conducive to a life of health and happiness. When I moved to Asia – I had a complete overhaul on how I was living and learnt that all my stress symptoms that had become so familiar, disappeared. It showed me that we have the tools for own healing and our body is in constant dialogue with us, we just need to learn to listen.
